Been simmering some lamb curry all day and it smells awesome.

Seems like people either hate lamb or love it. What’s the OT say?

Not my favorite, but if it gets served, I'll eat it.

Had some lamb soup from a local Mexican restaurant today. It was great.

To me, lamb is a lot like most wild game. It can be very gamey if not prepared and cooked properly. Meat with a musk is not my thing.

I love it. But it can be screwed up easily. I don’t cook it very often case the wife doesn’t like it.

medium rare, of course

delicious

I managed a meat market for 20 years (until 2006). The supermarket chain I worked for forced a weekly shipment of lamb to each meat market. I had no choice but to do my best to sell it. I probably threw away more than I sold. I never tried it.

The circle of bone and marrow in the center of the steak is a dead giveaway. We only eat ribeyes if having beef steaks.
