Cattleack is GREAT! Get there early as they run out of meat. the sides are the tits as well. I tried their Waygu burnt ends a few years ago and it changed my idea of how good BBQ could be.

407 is great, but its it's a long drive. I stay out of the craft places. One I want to try is BBQ on the Brazos. They opened a place in fort worth right as covid hit. Cresson isn't that far away.

You know that is only Part 1 of that list. Look again and you will find the other list with a few of the omitted places on it.

This is the only Hard 8 that I have tried a few times and it has been pretty good. Don't know about the other Hard 8's

The difference of good BBQ and great BBQ is atmosphere and 3 beers.

I like BBQ, but I can be satisfied without driving for hours and standing in line at 4am. I’ve tried some of the overhyped places and generally come away with a mixed feeling. A couple of good things, a couple of mediocre things, and some sides that usually disappoint. The only thing out of this world with many of them is the check at the end.

I've been to a few of these places, I agree with many others opinions on here, so I won't regurgitate them.

I mean come on. If your choices are regular old Dickeys or Hard 8, most folks here are gonna choose to choke down the hard 8
