Looking for a shop that will replace stringers in my 1995 Skeeter 200ZX. Preferably close to Fort Worth but don't mind driving a little for quality work at a good price.

Sounds like a lot of work. I’d scrap it and buy something else. That can’t be cheap.

Would quickly exceed the value of a 95 model boat for sure

Still cheaper than buying a new one or new to him one even. Maybe the boat has sentimental value too.

^^^What he said^^^. What is the reason for replacing the stringers? These old boats can be repaired. Heck, I have seen boats that should not be on the water but they were floating and the anglers were catching fish.

I own a 97 Kenner that has been redone; ripped carpet and added rear storage with a deck. At some point, I plan to raise my console, redo the plumbing, wiring, build storage/steps for the front deck due to old knees. This may require replacing parts of the floor but that's ok with me.

For me, it's not worth going in debt for another boat; new or used. If I spend funds on upgrading my 97 Kenner, this is way cheaper than a used boat.

It looks like you have recommendations, but South Texas Boat Works, (Pearland TX) is who will give my boat an upgrade.

I’m not so sure about that, I was told $10k could be possible if everything is rotten.
