Disclaimer: sausage talk.

If you are a fan of beer brats then the ones from Smokey Denmark's are pretty dang good. I bought them arlt HEB. Everyone liked them. I want to try some of their seasonal varieties one day.

Love beer brats on the grill, always cooked Johnsonville. Their selection looks great!

I just watched a YouTube about the Sausage Sensei in Texas. He worked there and I was impressed…Bill Dumas.

Just bought a new pack of beer brats this week, I usually just cook them on the oven and eat without a bun-

Our local go to place, 3B, does a beer brat that they serve with grilled bacon jalapeno sauerkraut served on a pretzel bun. Mighty fine eating.

Yes sir, those are good. I like the Fischer's brand from Gainesville as well. Every summer, I buy 2 packs of brats, simmer them in Shiner Bock, yellow onions, black pepper corns, and some fennel seed. I simmer for around an hour or so. Before I serve the brats, I take the beer onions and strain them off, I then toss the onions into a frying pan to caramelize. Basically becomes an onion jam for the brats.

Actually had some Johnsonville for lunch today. Super easy just throw them on the grill.

made brats for the 1st time 3 weeks ago. came out great with 'just some' recipe we googled up. put em' in a pan with some beer, put the lid on and they were really good. 60%pork butt, 40% venison.

I sold a lot of the Smokey Denmark hot links to BBQ joints back in the 80s. Pretty good link and they were cheap.
