Maybe someone returned a cooler because it was leaking, and they put it back on the shelf? Maybe the cooler he’s talking about is actually a refrigerator, containing milk and overpriced eggs, and had condensation collecting under it

Nope, don’t sue….you will lose. Crocs, by nature, are designed and sold as a “water” shoe to be worn in wet environments. Maybe sue “crocs” instead? He was in a wet environment for a very short time.

He probably didn’t have the 4WD engaged on them….We need to see the video Big Bob before determining the appropriateness of the suit.

I got sued once by a lady that was about 5 foot tall, a solid 300 pounds wearing 6 inch heals..... she came wobbling into host stand promptly busted her arse and broke her wrist..... her husband also sued because he said it interfered with their love life..... you just can't make this stuff up.
