How long until he does it again? Has he done this before? Not sure I could stay after that. I agree, and would walk. At the end of the day, they are a family and will stick together. Based on the behavior pattern of the shop...another blow will occur.

Depends on the "job"....😉 True... Manufactures Rep, straight commission, 1099's from ten different companies. Didn't take too long to know the probing is going to happen every year.
