Stevie Nicks and it's not even close LOL...WAWI! You like ol goat voice better than Ann Wilson?? Stevie was hot in the 70's...but not IN her 70's. I like gals that can belt it out, so: Ann Wilson for the win. Bonnie Raitt is about as souful of a singer as you could ever hear. Pink...believe it or not. Not really my style, but she can bring it. Pat Benetar was really good, but not in my top 3.

From back in the day, Janis Joplin could sing a little rock and roll. But, Ann Wilson FTW.

On page 2 Mr. Ghost said it best, "chicks singing rock sucks," which is sort of true.
Although, there are "good female singers," and it depends on if you like a smooth or raspy voice.
Great singers...
Ann Wilson Pat Benatar Annie Lennox Debbie Harry
Stevie Nicks and that voice sucks. I can't stand her, but I do like Fleetwood Mac a lot, as long as she is only singing backup.

No love for Lita Ford, Tina Turner, Debbie Harry ? Lita is looking rough but she is still putting on a pretty good show.

Speaking of Bonnie Raitt, going to hear her in Dallas in a couple of weeks. She still has a great vocal range

...------ The best music Fleetwood Mac produced IMO was before Nicks/Buckingham. Not the best commercial success by any means but just the best music. For me the different lineups that included Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer, Bob Welch, and Danny Kirwan had some great albums. I still liked the lineup with Nicks/Buckingham just not as much.
