Everyone has different opinions and taste. I was interested in trying Woody's until you dogged Head Country. If you do not like Head Country than I would not like Woody's.

We use G Hughes BBQ sauce and Ketchup as well both very good and sugar free.

I prefer no sauce of course.
Woody’s is made in California; so I have my doubts.
They are good at tri tip and Santa Maria grilling out there.
