Looking for a big bass guide for me and a few buddies. Looking for the real deal who can get us dialed in on the BIG UNS! Any advise is appreciated!

Fishing with a guide helps but it's getting to the time of the year where the fish are gonna be biting pretty easliy and often. Sometimes during this time of the year, the only guidance you need is a good weatherman.

Make sure you define “big uns” to any guide you contact. This is the type of request that can be problematic dependent on how the fishing goes.

Listen to this!! To some a 6lb’r is a giant, to others it could be a 10+….. like stated before, it’s that time of year, any cast could land you a toad

What your asking is very subjective. Years of guiding I can only tell you this. You can go fishing and catch a lot of bass on Fork. Maybe get lucky and get an 8 to 12 pounder. The other side, is I could take you fishing for a "big un" as you say. Here is how that will go. Big girls like certain types of structure/cover with easy mode food supply. We can fish all day long in good areas and you may get one or two bites all day. Maybe one will be a giant. Or, you may get no bites at all. Choice is yours. Dont be mad at your guide if you dont catch very many fish. Not his fault. He is just trying to get you the one you want. Every good guide on fork can get you a decent number of fish. Getting a big girl will be mostly luck she may be right there in one of the spots a guide will put you, but she may not bite. The dont get big by being stupid. Be sure and tip your guide too cause looking for a single big girl is not easy work.

If only it was as easy as social media makes it seem. I have been pretty happy this year have caught a 5+ in a couple of tournaments this year.

The way you posed the question, No One. You and a “few” buddies. This time of year. Seriously? I thought your post was a joke when I first read it. May still be.

But again, NO ONE can guarantee you big ones. Ever.

It was more tongue in cheek, mainly just looking for guide recommendations as I haven't used one in a few years.

I went with Cody Malone 4 years in a row and had one right at 8 each time. Went one time with Cody and ole Stack from TFF and I remember we starred at a giant for half the day and didn't catch much. I guess I should be grateful for the other good spring trips. Im color blind so catching bed bass is hard for me. He had to pitch it for me, tell me when to set the hook. I can't see the contrast at all.
