Hadn’t checked Facebook in a long while, and I see Jerry Hamon wrote a very meaningful message.
He used to post quite a bit in the kayak section…always very positive and helpful.

Sold me some one man pontoons and I did an event with him up at texoma when I was a teenager. Really great guy.

Wow. This comes as an unpleasant surprise. I've known Jerry for many years. He has helped several times with the catfish camps we used to do, worked many demo days together and often poked fun of each other. It's sad news. I'm glad I got the time with him. He does deserve to be recognized for many things, most of all his kindness.
