I, this week, have finished my TMS regiment. TMS is a brain stimulation over many weeks to reduce and hopefully illuminate both depression and PTSD. It also helps with the delaying of dementia in us olds.
So, I need to stay off these sites.
I'll keep reading. I enjoy the give and take. I've learned a lot from y'all. Thanks.
