That appears to be dried blood stemming from the surgery. However, I would still contact the dentist / doc just to confirm.

PS: We have, well he hasn't been on here for a while, one amazing dentist, Dr. Bean.

TFF, you can't make a good diagnosis without knowing all of the details.
Now where was that guy asking about breast implants on his wife???

1st step, go to an oral surgeon for any wisdom tooth extraction to begin with, skip the dentist.

The bleeding is normal or was for me. I had all of mine removed in college, wasn’t too painful, but you’re def on the “baby food” diet for awhile.

Take it easy, let those cuts heal.

Try not to get the dry socket. No soda, straws or smoking.

If you’re that worried, go back to the surgeon that removed them.

Too late for me to give you advice - I would have recommended that you go to an oral surgeon 1st

Not unusual for your mouth to ooze blood for several days after extraction. The hole in your gums has to heal itself from the inside out, and it will bleed the whole time until it is closed up. Now if you go a couple days and all of the sudden you start to bleed significantly more, or if you get more sore then you may have a dry socket and need to go back to the dentist. That is a sign of a dry socket, where food gets stuck in the hole and it gets infected.

Your upper teeth roots are close to the sinus cavity. If your surgeon was a discount jackleg lumberjack who does surgery on the side, he may have broken into the sinus cavity. Watch for any signs of infection for sure.
