He's not for everyone, obviously.
His past as a drug dealer / user, put him in jail, and he turned it around by getting off drugs and capturing his struggle in his music.
I like most of his stuff, not all.

I dont go in much for back stories. I think they deserve a pat on the back for sure but plenty of people don't have a interesting back story because they were never degenerates to begin with.... those people deserve a pat on the back for not ever becoming degenerates..... I tend to agree --- but in a too many cases --we don't understand how they were raised . I've watched some of his interviews and his upbringing was rough to say the least . Glad that he has found a way to overcome and lead a better example
