And that same angler, was disqualified from a FOM tournament ,about a month or so back, for a 30 day guide rule violation. My beef with BASS is, why fine one, and dq, another for violating the same rule? I know, that one was in an Open and the other was a Elite, but it's still the same organization. The Opens, are feeders to the Elites, the punishment should be uniform across the organization. Or disorganization, as it appears.
