Im still finding old stock I hear the new stuff has a brownish red color It is different. Very stupid move on their part. They had a gold mine.

Ok, my 0.02c worth on this. I just bought a bottle of the “new” stuff yesterday. Put a squirt on my forefinger and tasted. Same Garlic hit up front, then the heat. Very, very close to the original for me. Difference is the aftertaste heat…JMHO! 
Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

I don’t think the Sriracha folks had much say in the change……didn’t their pepper supplier try to play hard ball and give them the screws?
Would have done the same and walked away from that sort of toxicity if I was Mr Sriracha.

Now that's its readily available again, do you think it tastes the same? I think its close but slightly different as is the color. What happened so that is was not readily available?

The most over rated stuff of all time. You shut your filthy pie hole. It taste like trash and isn’t even the least bit spicy. momufuko crunchy chili with garlic for the win, but it's expensive for what you get.

I bought some spicy chili crisp couple months ago, found out it sucks just as bad as Sriracha, just turrible
