I put baby powder on my scrotum area in the warmer months I use Goldbond , WARNING : do NOT use the menthol version !

My mom drinks a little apple cider vinegar every day. She's 80. Doing it probably 35+ years. She rarely gets sick. Mosquitos will not bite her either. Puts in some water to drink it down.

add some sea salt to ,boiling some water ---
cover your head and breath in that steam 3-4 minutes each night ----never catch a cold again
been doing it since 2018 been exposed to lots of sick people ---not one time did I get sick

I have been hearing about castor oil and arthritis. Even charcoal . Anyone heard about it before? Frankly my brother is the one telling me about it and he is older and beat his body down as much as I.
ETA- he is the one who turned me onto it, I have researched the always right interwebs and I guess it is a thing.

Honey lemon tea for a cough.
Juice of 2 Lemons maybe 3 depending on how juicy the Lemons are and as much honey you want. Bring to a rolling boil and turn it off. Sip and enjoy.
Side note: DO NOT ADD WATER TO TEA.
