I find it funny that the same people that slam beans in chili dump buckets of tomato sauce in it. nice spaghetti sauce you got there.

I decided to give Fiesta Quick Chili a try. It is good for something quick and easy. I added canned chili ready tomatoes and of course onions. It is mild but that is easy to fix with some cayenne pepper. Only meat I put in chili is ground venison.

There isn’t a snowball’s chance in h*** I would apologize for that. You never definitively stated who it was. In fact, if my eyes don’t deceive me, you even used the word “maybe”.

If it was the wrong screen name, and the person behind the screen name acted like a man…AT MOST they would just reply with a “Nope, wasn’t me”.

If some Nancy wanted to start crying and bellyaching about it…let ‘em!

Beans, no beans doesn't matter too me. You cook it and invite me, I'm eating a couple bowls full and will thank you afterwards.

Fat is flavor. Drain some but use same pan sautee onions. Deglaze fond. That is building flavor.

good chili requires great spices. Pendery's is the bomb. I like the original and get some of their cumen as well.,

It’s easy to get names mixed up. I thought this was the feller with the mulching blade issues?
