I'm an IT Program / Project Manager. We're embracing AI as it's making our lives easier and better. It allows me to record meetings, create notes, actions items, etc. Without having to type or write things down. It also allows for me to modify project plans quickly and efficiently when updates or what if scenarios are mentioned.
In the past 6 months, I have saved more time with AI, that I can take on more projects for my company.

Same with Revit. Grok-3 just dropped and it's better. It's hit or miss with that kind of stuff but I would be lying if I said it hasn't helped me enormously.

My work is done on a computer but the vast majority of what I'm paid for is to make people decisions, push others, develop long term strategy, and make quick and consequential decisions with complex or insuffienct data inputs. There are too many variables without any stream of hard data behind them to replace me with any sort of AI. At least not anytime soon.

If we extrapolate, is there any future where your team/department could downsize since each employee is that much more efficient? Sure, but at my company, we're so understaffed in our department, that I don't see it happening any time soon. I might be retired by then. Making us more efficient with AI and other tools allows us to take on more projects for the year versus us declining and having business leaders fight it out for priorities.

How are you using grok-3 with Revit?
Mostly with building specific functionality into families; making the user experience for my team members as efficient as possible.
