During an emergency check-up my P.A. suggested I start alternating every four hours between Tylenol and Tramadol. OMG it is working.
It has been months since I could say my pain level was 1-2 vs 6-8 (out of 10).

I will be having tests to try and find out the issue (might be self-infected from being too active) but also got a call that I can get an injection for the pain.
X-ray showed the hip/hips where good but everything below my l4-l5 fusion was shot and that could be causing some issues.

Rant over, back to day-drinking.

Glad you found some relief. What was the original problem with your hips? Mine have been killing me, especially while laying on either side in bed. So much so that I bought a mattress topper thinking that would help, but It didn’t.

I originally thought I had pulled my groin and treated it as such, until I ended up getting x-rays.

Arthritis has taken its toll on them; the surgeon said the left one look like gravel and the PA said the right one was worse.
2 spine surgeries and 2 hip surgeries in the last 5 years, kudos to the medical field for the ability to do what it do. I am slowly regaining some of my quality of life back.

BTW I also have hairy cell leukemia which is still in remission.

My heroes and inspiration are steveiam and Hudson.

If you’ve never been to an AIRROSTI doctor you should check them out.

I don’t actually know anyone that’s ever been to one besides me…

Trust me…

They’re glorious….
