Nailed it. I marinade it in this as well as dip afterwards. Very good but I prefer their spicy one

Where do you get it?

The only place I can find them is Publix…I know they aren’t in Texas though. I believe I’ve seen them at HEB the last time I went home though

Man that looks good. I heard some people have cooked tri-tip in a similar manner. Not quite the same, but similar. The picanha seems to have more fat and marbling. I see tri-tip regularly at Kroger.
