Did you have the numbness? Dr didn’t mention anything about it and I didn’t ask.

I've had multiple shots in my foot where I tore my tendons. They always freeze it first then the shot. Usually less pain than a honey bee sting. I would probably kick the B in the face if she didn’t freeze it. Not by being mad just reaction to getting stabbed in my sensitive feet. You will feel much better tomorrow.

Good to know! They did spray the cold stuff all over it but damn it still hurt.

A bit worried that nobody else had numbness. Hopefully it doesn’t fall off

I know it sounds crazy, but have you tried spraying (or streaming) some warm urine on it?

I enjoy peeing on my wife’s feet in the shower but she never returns the favor.

Assuming she really cares, there probably won’t be a better time to ask her than now. If she won’t, you could just do it yourself…I mean everything you need is right there.

Anyway, just trying to help a fellow TFFer.

Get one in my knee about once a year. Torn meniscus.
Instant relief.

Been doing that for years.

Cut with her golden oars the silver stream,
And greedily devour the treacherous bait.

I did a bunch of stretching exercises. Cleared up in a couple of weeks.

That worked on my left foot. I roll a tennis ball around on my arches every morning, wear the boot things to bed, and have the supports in all my shoes. My right foot still kills me. I’m not so sure I’m liking this shot either.

Yes once, DPM stuck a 2 inch needle all the way in between my right great toe and the second toe and squirted that liquid goodness into my foot. I believe that exam table still has my permanent hand grips embedded into the sides of that table. Man did that hurt--BUT, instant relief for sure.

Cortisone shots can make you angry ,short on patience and hungry. Remember that when you post. With a bad back I've taken many. Just my knowledge.
