Amazon sellers from China. I usually check the delivery date. I saw the 16th. Was thinking February but was March. I tried to cancel but they supposedly and miraculously shipped it within 15 minutes before I caught it. No apologies around here* Except for the one owed to RJ. has soon as POS apologizes, to the driver and investigators, he slandered he may get one but not till, the lying POS apologized to them and troll the mods ask to stop this BS, but like your buddy. you don't care about right or wrong, even tho the truck had a camera in it looking at the load. that was strapped down contrary to the lying rj BS so like I said you can go get the police report and see for yourself but you would rather defend a liar then look. The camera is the reason no tickets were issued becasue the driver did have it strapped down just like anyone with a IQ above say the rocks in the parking lot would know on a heavy haul load weighting 350,000 pounds. How dumb are you people. Good gosh I never did like cowards and if you would like to discuss in person I am in northern ARk feel free to come discuss. But you will not, like most cowards and just type more BS. The mods are tired of this also just like most adults are but then again LMAO I feel I missed something good 🤔 Same. What did I miss? So Phoenix, who is from Arkansas, had a load that was or was not tied properly and it caused a wreck. But RJ said it was not tied properly. But there were cameras that showed it was. But now RJ has to say sorry to investigators and truck drivers if he is to get the apology he is due? Is that what happened right here?

I believe this was just some random pic of a trailered load…the load and the securing of the load was not associated with PHX…just a photo of a “news worthy” collision with load securement issues.
By definition, the load was not adequately secured, as the load separated from the trailer during the incident.
Case closed and we find for the plaintiff.
