Was looking through one of my Dad’s old tackle boxes this weekend and came across 3 of his old favorites that I haven’t thrown or even seen in decades.
Can’t wait to cut the old braid tags off and try them out again. Definitely an action the bass haven’t seen in a while.

Wiggle warts, good find.

The one on the bottom, could use a little filing to remove the rough edges.

They used to sell pretty good on ebay. One of the best crankbaits ever made IMO.

Still get thrown in this neck of the woods. An Ozark staple.

Don’t ever sell those!

Last time I threw one was on Table Rock about 5 years ago. Went to a flat, windy bank across from our Condo, just dinking around. Caught a 4.5 LMB on first cast. Biggest fish of the weekend. Never been to TR before or after.

The pre rapala ones still in the package bring a ton, the mold process was different and inconsistent with those causing baits that would hunt.

I’ve had one sitting in my garage for 30 years. It may have been used once and put away. It’s been sitting so long, the rattles are stuck.[Linked Image]
