After looking at the weather forecast last night, I figured that Monday would be the best day to get out on the water. Was planning on fishing for bass today after seeing Vogeys post last week, Had my bass rods loaded up and ready to go. Decided at the last minute to take my crappie pole and some worms I've been feeding for several weeks. Best decision I ever made. First spot I came to, I caught a few small bass before noticing a pile of fish on a brush pile. I ended up catching 13 sunfish on that pile. Now that I wasn't thinking about bass, I went to another larger brush pile and loaded up. Ended the day with 33 sunfish, 2 catfish and 5 small bass. Except for a few bass, all other fish were caught on worms, gulp alive minnow's charthouse and rainbow trout. Kept a catfish for dinner and released everything else.

JB...I was looking at your graph pics & noticed that the water temp went up like 4 degrees in a few hours' time. My question is this...was the bite much better at the end with the warmer water temps...or was there really no difference ?

Thanks for the replies everyone.
Steve, caught more in the afternoon. I was probably on that brush pile for 1.5 hours.
