What is the difference in the Delta 8,9 whatever?

I have seen some THC drinks being sold in liquor stores lately and was curious.

The one on the bottom right is bueno

I’ve seen these drinks too. Apparently 10mg is the threshold for it being legal/illegal in Texas. I don’t know the difference in Delta 8,9, etc though.

I take a delta 8 gummy on occasion if I absolutely need a full night sleep. They are inconsistent but when you get a good one you will know.

Depends on the employer…security clearance type position at TI/Grumman/Northrop….pilot for an airline I will guess a strong no.

It’s THC derived from hemp, thanks to the farm bill. The max legal amount is 0.3 % of weight of product I believe. The difference in the two is negligible to the consumer, 8 a little weaker some

Someone explained it to me like this: Delta 8, 9 and 10 are derivative molecules forming part of THC, the part of the marijuana plant that causes the "high" effect. They were broken down and synthesized to get around and create an exception to the federal law, the Farm Bill, that classifies it as an illegal substance.

You will fail a drug test with Delta 8, Delta 9, Delta 10, THCA, and THCP. So if your company tests or if your in a safety sensitive position that qualifies for random testing you’re playing with fire.

I have blood work done at the VA every 6 months. A couple of years ago I was taking CBD to help with neurapthy pain. I didn't know they drug tested my blood. I came out positive for marijuana. I'm 75 years old and haven't touched that stuff since the 70's. They told me to not worry about it. I quit taking it that day.
