Wonder if they'd take an inoperable one with the serial # removed.

Just curious as to the value of an old 22 single-shot bolt-action rifle that needs a thorough barrel cleaning. It is probably a 1950's model and shot fine 43 years ago when it was last used.

Wonder if they'd take an inoperable one with the serial # removed. I have one of these as well. Well, it's inoperable, not sure about the serial number. I never removed it, but my father may have. Heck, it's been sitting in my drawer completely useless for 35 years now.

Wish I was closer. I have two .22's that jam constantly. I could put that $150 towards a gun that fires like its supposed to. Oh, and a 3rd .22 with a busted sight.
I am not a fan of .22's. Nothing wrong with a good .22 Until I was 20 I thought a .22 was a deer rifle.

A suppressed .22 in the ear hole doesn't disturb the neighbors.
