I ain't doing a banana hammock or tidy whities (I'm not 5) What's a good brand of skivvies that give the ol twig and berries a lift without chocking them out?

Under Armor are decent. I actually like Bee Inspired's Trunks. They offer a bit more support than anything else I've found, but they are out of the UK...I think Scotland. Great clothes all around, but yeah, their boxer trunks are greatness if you have lower hanging stones.

Oh, and if you buy from Bee Inspired on S, M, L sizes just know they are more accurate than the US, so you'll need to go up one size from what you'd buy from a US store.
