Orange Gatorade zero, Chicken tenders, beef jerky, milky way . In the summer I add pickle juice or dill pickles for hydration.

Big mug of coffee that stays hot till noon, then a liter of cold water and a twin-pack of H E B Oat 'n' Honey granola bars. Not the Nature Valley gooey kind. Many times, I'll get back to the ramp without having anything but the coffee. I have to make myself remember to drink water.

Coffee and zingers or zebra cakes to start the day.
Peanut butter crackers, jerky, hot peanuts later on.
Usually have water and gatoraid and a sunkist for some sugar to get me home!

Black coffee with PB&J or snack bars. Something about a cup of joe on the water thats so relaxing. This goes for summer time as well, specifically after wading.
