Ours is in the data banks at HEB when we place the order online. It knows what we order and reminds us. Just check what you need.

Get the cozi app you and wife can shop off same app you can add things and delete things when you or her buy them. This way you don’t buy the same thing twice. Friend of mine likes it.

Walk up and down every aisle. When you see something you need, you get it. Never in my 57 years have made a list.

We use notes on IPhone and send it to each other. You can edit it add to it or take away stuff then when it comes time to go to store whoever has the time to go has it on their phone. I copy it on paper. IDK how she does it. Probably phone.

I’ve done a grocery list in the note section on my iPhone and it’s ok. I prefer writing it down. And when I’m on my way to Fredericksburg to go to H-E-B, I much prefer to drive and write than drive and text

Lol I did that for many yeats- I liked to call it “meal suggestions”, not manipulation though-

HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

In fall winter I always have a piece of Viva in pocket. Goes through washer and dryer and some out clean.
