Hey guys, new to the TFF! Staying on Gladewater for my bday will be fishing Wednesday and Thursday any knowledge would be appreciated.

I lived on gladewater 26 years, fun lake.. This time of year I would be on the northern end of lake fishing the east side grass with black and gold flake bass assasins. On the west side of the northern end is boat houses I would throw black and blue jigs.. Fish both real slow.. Have a good time and enjoy the lake...
When I pass on I want to go like my grandpa, in my sleep.. Not like the screaming folks in the car with him..

Don't you need a permit to have a boat on Gladwater? I have heard that before but do not really know.

Used to need an annual permit to launch a boat, but they now do daily permits. Just pay at the ramp...
