Phone. We have a grocery list on Alexa that's sync'ed to my phone. While I was doing the weekly shopping last night, the wife added two more items. Immediately updated the grocery list on my phone.

Paper….then run off and leave it at home. Walk around the store trying to remember what was on the list. Forget some items, put them back on a list and repeat the process all over.

my wife is in charge of the PAPER list; i tell her i want something, she'll say put it on the list; that's her job; back in my bachelor days, i knew the grocery store so well i could make my list according to the design of the store; i know, that's sad

Paper.
Divorced days, paper list started on the left side of the store and ended on the right side of the store. Thursday was shopping day, told my kinds if you want something it must be on the list as of Wednesday night.
New wife would want to add to the list as we shopped, I explained if it's not on the list, it's not getting added until the list is finished.

My wife makes a list on paper for her and a small list for me. I drive to the store with her and help load up the groceries and stuff. To keep me occupied, like the 5 year old that I am, she gives me a small list and I take a small basket and pick out some things on the list. Otherwise, there is no telling what kind of trouble I would get in. I get lunch meat from the deli counter, some fruits and some rolls and a few other small items. I get distracted down the home goods isle looking at air filters and hardware packs and check out the womenfolk going by.

I can’t think of a time that I’ve ever made a grocery list on paper or my phone. Wait until you're officially an old and can't remember S. I have started using the phone for the grocery list. According to my kids I am an old. They like to remind me that I graduated High School back in the 1900s.

Paper, just like my daily “to do” list. I do keep a list of things to do or to take to the deer lease on my phone.

It starts on paper then ends up being a bunch of text messages back and forth about what didn't get written on the paper
