What a mess this year is, holy smokes. Ive had the cough, the rash, the aches, the pains, all for two weeks now. At some point I bought a six count box of Kleenexe's. Down to last box. I can't cough anything else up, now it's just foam. I went and bought oxygen tanks (3 pack on amazon) all gone.
Whatever this is, way worse than the three times I got covid.

Oh and oddly enough. Lost my taste and sense of smell. And when it came back everything I can taste or smell it cucumbers. And I don't mean I can only taste them, I mean everything including water taste or smells like them including the air.

you have at least 2 more weeks of being miserable with lingering cough , head fog, and general loathing for whomever concocted this up.
not even close to the random annual crud we used to deal with.

My BIL lives in TN and is suffering with the flu. My SIL said they’ve got a full on outbreak happening. She said they are shutting down schools to try and keep it from spreading more.
Not even a peep about it in my neck of the woods.

I remember this happening a few years ago (maybe 2017-18) pre Covid, they shut schools down cancelled after school activities and sports. When we went back to playing hs bball, everyone sat apart and no handshakes.

You should take some vitamins or something, do you wash your hands on a regular basis? I do take some vitamins, but not what I would take for this I guess. And yes I wash my hands a lot.

See the thing is, for the last 30 years we never had the flu, we had “the bug”, now everyone is getting the real flu. It’s new in the last 5 years or so.
