Will be interesting to see what Wheeler and Connell can do now without the front looker. They have a lot right now.

Go out, use FFS for period 1, get a lead, then you better hold it.

Will be interesting to see how they adapt with the weather changes. Anyone know what creek they are all stacked up in? I don't know the lake but curious why they all wanted that branch/creek.

I didn't say they weren't there. I said I doubt they catch one. I was wrong. BUT I'd be willing to guess 75% of what they have weighed in wouldn't hit the true conroe minimum length limit.

Caney. It has all the grass. Largest community hole on the lake for last few years. Whole top 10 was in there 2 weeks ago in tournament.

They both won their first national tournaments without it, they know how to do both, Gill is one I'm interested in how he will do without it, doing well so far...

Only 5 using FFS in period 2, I think some of the olds might not even turn it on today

Such a disadvantage if they don't. I was literally in that same creek a couple of months ago and catching fish on grass edges. I put the troller on 5 to go across a flat with no grass to get to another grass edge and was scoping while doing so....saw a random fish and dropped a trig on its head and reeled in a 3.5#er. Just stuff like that can happen while looking that could have never happened before LS.

I was up there two weeks ago and there was zero bait but the fish were in the grass. Only ended up catching catfish using FFS.

He's been up in the channels on the north end of the lake all day fishing the real muddy water.
