Wondering if this is really the price they got on the hds pro 12 cause everywhere else it’s going for around $3300-$3400

I was at an Academy today and the fishing section was 70% empty and lots of stuff on clearance. Getting ready for all the new spring stuff I assume. Picked up some Brush Hogs for $2.49 a pack and SK 6XD's for $3 off normal price.

Went to two Academys looking for Zoom Flukes and Magnum worms both in Watermelon Candy, to no avail!!
Shelves were 70% empty. In past were very well stocked.

It’s without the transducer Amazon has this one for $3029 with transducer I believe.

They are probably making more room for shoes and women's exercise clothing.

It's just their annual clearance sale, they do it every January to make room for new products.

So went ahead and got the new hds pro from academy. Also, it came with the active imaging 3 in 1 transducer. Paid probably $800 less at academy than anywhere else

So the way academy works is they only order once for the outdoors. When they are completely out of something then they will re-order. There is no restocking throughout the year as they get low. They went this route when they got bought out years back.
