Removed prop for inspection. Noticed cracked/bulging rubber section in the hub. Had prop shop replace hub (solas Rbx. Press in) Got prop back and the new hub is clearly off center.hub splines are canted to one side. probably due to something not being square in the press? This is merely speculation. However. It’s severe enough once prop is slid on the prop shaft the spacer won’t even line up on the prop shaft splines to slide down. And if you spin the prop while in neutral the prop SHAFT spins true but the actual prop has one hell of a wobble. All tale tell signs. There fore can’t install the propeller properly. Is this a known issue ? Any other feed back from similar experience or knowledge would be appreciated. Will take back to the shop first thing tomorrow morning in search of a solution.

bulging of the rubber on a pressed in hub is normal on the back side where the thrust washer is, never seen one to the extent your saying id just take it back like you are. sounds like one side didnt get pressed in all the way

So the initial bulging and crack was on the other side where the spacer and prop nut are. This crack was the only reason I had the hub replaced I presumed it was developing a failure or nearing a spun hub situation.

Old hub is irrelevant, sounds like shop that replaced it didn't check it before returning it to you. Take it back and have them make it right.
