I hope I found the problem, when I did my wire upgrade last fall I ran my Mega live power wire down the passenger side of the boat that the trolling motor power is on, my Mega 360 power wire runs down the other side of the boat. I did it that way because of the ease of running the wires, mistake I believe. Reran the ML wire and hope it fixes it. I’ll try it out when I can get on the lake later this week. Thanks Guys It should not be a problem running power lines along the TM wiring, as the TM voltage is DC. RFI (RF interferance) is voodoo in regards to any ac signal. Everything. Common grounds, and good heavy wiring from (battery-fuse panel-components) is the key. The absolute worse thing you could use is a butt connector. This is a moisture paradise, and corrosion strip club party. Solder everything, or use good connectors. I use power pole connectors on pretty much everything in the boat & with Ham radio.. Believe me hunting RFI is no simple task sometimes, let us know how it turns out.
