It should not be a problem running power lines along the TM wiring, as the TM voltage is DC. RFI (RF interferance) is voodoo in regards to any ac signal. Everything. Common grounds, and good heavy wiring from (battery-fuse panel-components) is the key. The absolute worse thing you could use is a butt connector. This is a moisture paradise, and corrosion strip club party. Solder everything, or use good connectors. I use power pole connectors on pretty much everything in the boat & with Ham radio.. Believe me hunting RFI is no simple task sometimes, let us know how it turns out.
