 Terry Park ramp on Hubbard?

Has anyone launched at Terry Park recently? Is it usable? Anything to look out for? I'm taking a friend out on the lake and he suggested we meet there to launch. I've never launched there before. I've read that it's under construction. Any advice would we welcome.

it should be ... we launch @ dalrock dirt ramp but fish over there near terry park so watch for a black express with a yamaha 150

Right now its in good shape. Put in there this morning. Even the water is low enough to beach your boat. The top of the ramp has a couple of pot holes but go slow and its not a problem.
