I forgot about those! My first wife made those with onion, celery, and Old Bay. They were tasty. I also enjoyed salmon sliced thin on a bagel with cream cheese. First father in law was Jewish and we did brunch often. He introduced me to bagels and lox at a country club I could never afford. So I guess I spoke too quickly. I do like salmon in some forms, just not baked or roasted in large pieces.
