Lately when cold starting, the motor often turns over for a few seconds then stops like the battery is dead although the battery is good/fully charged. If I wait a couple of seconds and turn the ignition again, the engine turns over and starts up fine. No problems rest of the day. Only does this about every other trip out. Any ideas? Is this a starter issue? Thanks.

Thanks, but itโs not a fuel problem. The issue is the motor not turning over after at all after just 3-4 seconds, like the battery dies, though the battery is good and was recently replaced.

Could be a wiring/connector, key switch, kill switch or starter issue. Intermittent problems are a bear to troubleshoot.
Check wiring & connections on back of key switch and look for any signs of corrosion, cycle your kill switch multiple times, make sure + & - leads at starter are tight. That's where I'd start.

Have your battery load tested. Fully charged don't mean squat. Also pull battery cables at both the battery and starter and clean them.
