Salmon

Who loves it, who hates it? We eat it twice a month at least. All kinds, mostly grilled. Goes great with most vegetables and a salad. Awesome With pasta. Pairs well with a sauce or just light seasoning. Great with red or white wine.

I like the flavor but can't tolerate it. It's too oily and aggravates my GERD. I'll happily enjoy the sides of blanched asparagus or green beans, though!

I will eat it every once in a while. I put pesto butter on the fillets and bake them.

I guess that’s it too oily for me, too.

I eat it 2 to 3 times a week...usually baked with olive oil, black pepper and salt. However, sometimes I pan sear it with butter, minced garlic, salt and pepper and then put lemon juice on it.

Try just a little heavy cream and some capers in that sauce.

Growing we ate them a couple times a month. Had to smother them in mashed potatoes to get them down!
