Never been to the lake. Looking for launch and lodging recommendations for a small bass club. Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Maybe somebody can help you. Every place around that lake was built in the 60s and haven't been updated since. Curious when are y'all going. Pines is a circus in the spring with tournaments every weekend. I would not be on that lake during the KYKX tournament.

I think there are cabins at Bullfrog marina or hotels in Longview or Jefferson.

My oldest and I stayed in a cabin here last summer. Convenient and nice enough.

Tejas Village was always where I stayed. The accommodations aren't exactly top notch, but it's very budget friendly. Also, several of the houses in that immediate area are rentable for the weekend on various apps. I just liked the area because I didn't have to go far to catch a limit.

If you think you're the smartest man in the room, you're not. If you know you're the smartest man in the room, find a different room.

This is where most of our bass club stays when we have our tournament. It has a small motel and individual cabins and a boat ramp also. We will be there March 8th.

155 and bullfrog are both good. The new owners of 155 have fixed it up nice. The tornado blew away all the bedbugs. thumb
