Just got the one jar from the 7 lbs but it had a lot of meat attached, that I will use as dog treats . I will use it on top of brisket during the wrap and maybe use some for searing steaks. 407 has been making a lot of it from trimming briskets, and now uses it when frying anything. Suppose to be healthier than seed oil.

I smoked a brisket on Friday and my wife snatched the fat trimmings and made 2 jars of tallow. We just finished using some on cabbage with some sliced Opa's sausage, salt, pepper and a little chicken broth in the wok. 1st time she'd ever done it and the cabbage was awesome.
