We fished from 11 to 3:30 PM on the 14th at CC and caught 36 about half legal hybrids and half white bass and fished from 11 to 4:30 PM on Tawakoni on the 16th and caught 51: 40 hybrids all but 3 legal, 8 sandies, and 3 cats.

The dead-sticking techniques were a little different between the two trips. On CC we used Live Scope to see the position of the lures relative to the fish and would repeatedly move the lures down into the top of the fish then slowly lift or crank them out of the fish. We also drifted with the wind 0.2 to 0.5 mph. On Tawakoni, we sometimes saw the lures on sonar to position them but mostly would drop the lure to the bottom and come up 3 to 6 cranks of the reel and leave it there. Instead of drifting, Todd used his TM to move 0.5 to 0.7 mph into the light SW wind. On both lakes, we were in 40 to 50 fow and fish were suspended between 25 and 35 fow.

We caught fish on umbrella rigs with white, yellow, or pink 4 to 5 inch Sassy Shads, on one Sassy Shad on the line, on slabs, and on an ice-fishing lure (see pic below). The pictures below are from the Tawakoni trip:
