I was in the 4th grade playing QB for PeeWee football team. She was in the 3rd grade and a cheerleader. She asked to wear my jersey for the pep rally. That was 1973, got married after we graduated college in 1987, been married 38 years on February 14th.

At WW Fairfield’s in Richardson. Asked her to dance and the song happened to be Keeper of the Stars by Tracey Byrd. That was also our wedding dance 9 years later. Married 20 years now. Truly still madly in love.

I met her at a party when I was a young A1C in the USAF at Langley around March of 74. We went to dinner and 6 months later, we were married. That was over 50 years ago.

Wouldn’t that be considered an ethics violation of sorts?

No, I had the Group Supervisor give the case to another agent. Not sure on ethics, probably, but conflict of interest for sure.

To the ones that met dancing, when me and the wife are watching any movie and the characters are dancing and share “that look” I just look at her and say “it’s all about the dance, baby”.
It would be astronomical the number of turns we have made on a dance floor together. Still do but it’s not as often or as smooth anymore.

We met at church. Our first date was going to the movies. I didn't see anything that looked good so I looked at the ratings which I've never done but I really wanted to impress her. I found 1 with good ratings. The name of the movie was "The People vs. Larry Flynt"

I had no idea who Larry Flynt was lol. I kept telling her.this must be part of the previews. About 10 minutes later we bailed out!!

I met her in a bar. We talked for less than an hour and I gave her my number. Her friends told her to call me the next morning, and she did at 8am. I was going out of town the next day so we had one date at Two Rows in Allen. I bet we talked back and forth 20 times when I was in Florida. She wanted to pick me up from the airport. Flight was delayed a ton for bad storms in Dallas. She picked me up at like 2am and took me back to her apartment where she had made me a bed on her couch. I got a small kiss that night and knew I was in love. I was 22 at the time and just knew she was the one. Over 20 years later and I am still over the moon in love with her for a million reasons.

At one of my first jobs out of college, the sales manager came up with the idea of the outside salesmen taking their inside salesperson out to make customer visits so the inside people could get to know their customers better and get a better feel of what the outside salesmen did all day. I exceeded his expectations and ended up marrying my inside sales person. They didn’t even know we were dating until they all got the wedding invitations.
