I faked a computer problem at work so I’d have a reason to talk to her. After she told me it was operator error, I apologized and insisted that I owe her dinner for wasting her time.

We meet at college. She was a freshmen I was a sophomore.

Within a group of friends at a bar. The group gathered at this bar every Wednesday night to party, she and I were there with different friends, the rest is misery…………I mean, history

I dated a girl for two years 91964-64) when I was at UT. My wife was her roommate.

I met my current wife at my wedding to my second wife. They were friends.

We both worked at DFW airport, her for an airlines, me for the Feds.

I met mine in Honors English my junior year of highschool. All the cheerleaders were in that class, so I signed up. I had no business trying to be smart. Haha. I struggled, but I liked the help they gave me.

I offered to help the cheerleaders with their paper dive. So I could skip a day of school. In the back of a tractor trailer, my wife finally told me she liked me. I was floored. It worked!

….then she left and went to college at Texas Tech. I met her again on Christmas break. She and some friends needed a quick way to make money, so they came to work at my families night club for the holidays and new years. My mom had them wearing some really skimpy old barmaids dresses. They really showed their [censored] off. A drunk guy pinched her on her [censored] and I beat the [censored] out of him and threw him out.

We were a pair ever since that day.

On an airplane for a business trip, turns out we worked for the same Company.

A great friends girlfriend (now wife if 30+) was always trying to set me up with her...for half a decade. At the time I'm in the middle of chasing golf balls over the planet (32 yard old) ....also having no issues finding women if time allowed.

She was VERY insistent as this particular girls father was a very fine player...former pga tour player, TX golf HofF member, and playing the Champ Tour at the time so she was very familiar with the golf gig, plus she's a stunning brunette which was right down my alley. No matter, it turned out idiotically, I kept brushing off the idea with a laugh.

Then, unexpectedly, I was asked to usher at their wedding. Unbeknownst to me the 2 of them cooked up an idea to force us to meet. In fact, the bride told all the other ushers to make sure I walked her down the aisle... an idea that didn't work because as she was the most beautiful woman in attendance another single guy blocked me and ushered her down the aisle.

However, we did meet.... visited a couple of times....post the wedding we ended up at a post wedding hotel party.... ended up all by ourselves by the swimming pool... talked all night, literally.... and have been together ever since... 32 years and 2 kids still humming along.

Current wife I meet on plenty of fish online dating site. She was my 84th date, I was her first 😆. Been married 11 years.
