I like to add just a tip dunk into horseradish. So good that way. This was perfect eating. I don't think I'd go above 131 for finish temp. I was happy with how this cheap cut turned out slow smoking. Will definitely be doing again. I agree on some nice spicy horseradish, what a treat.

Looks good. I thought by the topic before I opened it, this was going to be different ways to cook bologna. That is the only top round sirloin I can afford.
