I'm looking for some good heavy jig heads for flipping deeper brush and timber. I like Santone M Series but they don't make them that heavy. Sugestions?

I’ve used jigs of that weight to drag on the bottom when the wind was blowing hard and to get through thick matted veg but for that I used a FB Jig or a grass jig.
How deep are you talking, and what the benefits of using a 3/4-1oz over say a 1/2oz. Pitching around timber?

There used to be a guy on TFF who molded jig heads in a variety of sizes. I bought several dozen from him years ago and they were good quality. You might do a search in the Trading Post section.

Kind of reminds me of the old Mann's Stone Jig that Ike used to be so fond of. I see that mean looking hook lurking in that skirt, I'll have to give this one a try, I'm always looking for another good jig in my arsenal. Though I have to say, The SK Structure Jig with that Owner hook does a lot of damage for me.

I'm looking at depth of 8 - 20 feet. The benefit I'm trying to get is fish a little faster and more reactionary strike once the water warms up.

I usually buy jig heads in bulk, however, I think I'll try a few of these.
Question on the Invader and Toad Thumper. The design reminds me of some old-school grass jigs. How do they work in wood? I know a lot of hang-ups are because of the fisherman. With that said, I'm trying to avoid retying all day long.
