I agree. The steak threads draw out all the bad azzes every time that no matter what it looks like say its too done and they don’t even use heat when they eat steak. Or you hate meat if you dare put anything on it. With or without Catsup or Ketchup?............

The idea that bbq should be eaten without sauce even though every bbq place in history puts bbq sauce all over the place. Bbq can be eaten without caking black pepper all over it but it should be eaten with sauce.

Tex Mex ain’t Mexican food! It’s is it’s own cuisine. I believe it may even be disappearing. I see more and more traditional Mexican restaurants, and a zillion taco shops, it don’t do it for me.
