The idea that bbq should be eaten without sauce even though every bbq place in history puts bbq sauce all over the place. Bbq can be eaten without caking black pepper all over it but it should be eaten with sauce.

Tex Mex ain’t Mexican food! It’s is it’s own cuisine. I believe it may even be disappearing. I see more and more traditional Mexican restaurants, and a zillion taco shops, it don’t do it for me.
