I'm fat. Had it twice. No big thing.

Yep. I knew it. This all about pushing the RNA shot.

We have already had multiple manifesto threads on this; please don’t start another.

Easiest way to avoid serious symptoms is the vaccine.

Second easiest is to not be fat.

Sorry about being so sick PH...it's not fun. Some on here haven't gotten fully over it even after years. My wife had it's the sickest I've ever seen her by far in nearly 20 years of being married. She was fine after a week. Mom had it and was fine a few weeks later. Lots of older folks take weeks to months to fully recover, if they do. Dad of course had it during the worst Delta/Charlie strains and passed from it. Never know how it's going to affect each person.

I’d say PilotHawk will be off the grid for a while if his location is correct.

I tested positive for Covid 4 times. Took Paxlovid one of the four times. I didn’t feel like it helped any better than not taking anything. I was sick for a few days but after about 3-4 days I was good to go all four times. Praying for you PH that you will be better quickly.

Or get the shot.

Isn't that the purpose of these threads? To push the shots?

So you realy think PH started this thread in order to promote the vaccine?

partially wrong , I just had a meeting with my primary Dr two weeks ago --- she has been our primary for over twenty years . She confessed to my wife and I that Kaiser was told internally that both Phizer and Moderna shots were 100% useless in keeping from getting COVID . She also told us that Kaiser Management still wants them to push it --- but she advised to NEVER get another COVID shot --too many other issues ---mainly the " spike " reactions some people getting . The best Flu vaccines have an efficacy of approx 40% .
If you want to be healthy --- eat healthy , it's literally that simple . No sugars , no chemicals , no alcohol , lots of water ( 80 -100 ounces daily ) .
If your around people that " might " be sick with something --- put a table spoon sea salt in boiling water and steam your sinuses for 3-4 minutes /daily

Bone broth is an immune booster. If it's homemade it certainly won't hurt you.

Study after study after study shows they were only marginally effective in preventing contracting the disease but incredibly effective in preventing serious symptoms.

If you'd spent some time in the ICU during the bad waves after vaccines came out, you'd agree. But I get folks are gonna think what they want to think. My parents doctor told them same thing yours told you. Dad got covid and died from it. Doctors don't know everything.
