And the spearguns are $184.95 plus tax and spears. With masks, snorkel, fins, speargun and wet suit they invested close to $1,000 each.

Not bad $12.50/ pound for some big mouth bass fillets, I would have gone after some white perch.

Yeah, bass aren't that good to eat IMO. Much better fish for eating purposes in the lakes.

yeah it looks like they were right directly in the creek that flows from barton springs into lady bird lake. the water there is crystal clear almost. there's walking paths on both sides that are VERY heavy with traffic. These people gave zero care. I wonder if they even knew it was illegal. They’re Russians for sure, not knowing the law doesn’t put you above the law. Blasted Communists! ! ! First, it’s our elections. . . Now, it’s our Bass! ! ! Can it get any worse?

It’s wrong but jail time for illegal fishing? With all the serious offenders walking these days? Heck, Biden would just pardon them anyway! You don't have to throw them in the pen for life. A couple weeks in county with some road crew details should serve as a warning
